Andrés holds a Bachelor's degree in Culinary and Food Sciences. He joined Somos Hospitality Group as an intern in 2022 and, leveraging his extensive experience in prestigious restaurants and hotels, quickly advanced to Culinary Coordinator. In this role, he collaborates with chefs and the administrative team to develop innovative menus, drive culinary strategy, and maintain exceptional quality standards.
