Civil Engineering graduate with expertise in project management, construction, and design, particularly in the restaurant and hospitality industry. With four years of experience at Coscomate Hospitality Group in Mexico City, he played a key role in overseeing the construction and expansion of multiple restaurant locations. Currently, as a Construction and Design Engineer at Somos Hospitality Group in Chicago, Álvaro continues to drive innovative projects, including restaurant developments at Acapulco and Los Cabos.

Beyond construction, Álvaro has contributed to business intelligence strategies and operational logistics to enhance efficiency and growth. He is also the CEO of GRITO 916, LLC, overseeing El Grito Chicago, a successful cultural festival that debuted in 2024 with 24,000 attendees and is set to expand in 2025.
